There is nothing better than a home-cooked meal that is quick and nutritious. Each week we will be sharing recipes that have been nominated by pupils or members of staff, that are more delicious than freezer food and considerably cheaper than ordering a takeaway. In addition, we will be sharing news about the fantastic food preparation undertaken by our pupils.

KS4 Exam News
Some of the Yr 11 pupils have completed their 3 hour practical exam, where they had to plan 3 or 4 dishes that coul dbe served in an international school canteen and then cook and present their food within 3 hours. The pupils who took part this week made a fantastic effort to show off their technical skills – well done! The rest of the pupils will be completing their exam next week.
Washing Up!
Almost all pupils in KS3 have now had experience of Food and Nutrition lessons this year. Whilst they all know how to wash up, they do need a bit of extra practice at home. Please encourage your child to wash up regularly, to dry the dishes and put them away correctly.
